(“Snackson” or “We”), a company constituted for indefinite duration by means of a public deed (before the notary of Sant Quirze del Vallès, Mr. Alfonso Carbonell, on 27/01/2015, at entry No 89 in his notarial register) with VAT registration number B57466229, offers the following Terms and Conditions and privacy policy in order to inform you about your rights and obligations as user, as well as our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information that we receive from www.snackson.com users (the “Service”).

Any person who accesses, uses, or navigates Snackson’s website (“Users”), is therefore obliged to respect and fulfill the terms and conditions and privacy policy. If you do not agree on this terms and conditions, do not access, use, navigate, or subscribe to the web.

Snackson’s webpage is a medium through which the products and services developed by the brand are promoted and announced. Additionally, posts and commentaries can be published, among other contents, addressed to the general public, related to all the major functional areas of business activity, such as lifelong learning, mobile learning, and microlearning among others.

Snackson reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to its website, without prior notice, for the purpose of maintenance, repairs or installation of upgrades, among others.

The content of the Service must never be interpreted as legal advise. All the published material is general, theoretical and purely indicative. Publications are not entirely in line with each particular case of web users.

I. Reception and processing of data

This privacy policy is applied to the information that you provide us with by means of the Service and to those all data that are delivered to Snackson by any channel, with the aim of obtaining information, asking for a demo, hiring, or developing any other procedure related to Snackson.

We understand as Users Data, every personal data that can be used to identify or to contact a person.

We consider as a User anyone who visits the web www.snackson.com, whether in its public or private part (Management Panel).

In case the User acts in representation of a company, organization, government, or any other legal entity, Snackson will also be able to store the data that allows to identify such organism.

We assume that the information provided by the User is trustful and when appropriate, that it has authorization by the entity that it represents in order to perform such function.

All the Data we receive by Users, direct or indirectly, will be part of an automated file, created by Adaptative Learning S.L.

II. Use of data

Snackson’s main objective is to use Users Data in order to improve the Service, to administer and manage the relation with Users and/or Snackson’s clients, to offer assessment, technical assistance, and to ensure the correct operation of the Service, as well as to offer information about Snackson’s products and/or services, submit advertising or promotional material both of products, services or activities related with the company.

It is also possible that part of the Data offered (such as individual preferences, birth dates, country of origin, and other demographic data) could be stored and used with the objective of making reports, and usage statistics to improve and adapt the Service to its users, for the training of Snackson’s or other associated companies employees, and for research work.

Adaptative Learning S.L. may only transfer this Data to entities associated with the named company with the previous objectives.

III. Updating

Snackson may revise and update this Privacy Policy when opportune, notifying it by means of the publication of the new policy in Snackson’s webpage. Users are responsible of consulting this Privacy Policy on a regular basis. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the revised Privacy Policy.

IV. Right to modify or withdraw

Users will be able to withdraw their consent to receive information via email or by any other means, just by sending an email to gestion@snackson.com.

Users can exercise their rights of access, modification, opposition, and cancellation of the personal data gathered by Snackson in accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on Personal Data Protection and other relevant development regulation. Such rights may be exercised by the User, and by a representative if it proceeds, by written and signed form to the person legally responsible to the following address: Adaptative Learning SL, C/Llacuna 162 Box 207, Barcelona, Spain CP 08018.

This form will have to contain the following information; User’s name and surname, address for notification purposes, photocopy of Passport or National Identity Document, and the petition for which the form is being processed. In the case of representation, it must be proven by means of attesting documents.

At all events, and in order to give fulfillment to the established in Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), when receiving the data, Users will be required to authorize the use of this information by Adaptative Learning S.L. for the sole purpose of issuing him/her, via email, or mobile phone SMS, information and propaganda.

We ensure the fulfillment of our obligation regarding the secrecy of Data of a personal nature. We take all necessary measures that are established by the current legislation to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or any other act likely to endanger the User’s Data privacy.
