Scope
This policy applies to the corporate website www.snackson.com. Processing related to the Snackson learning platform for client organisations is also covered by the terms and conditions and the contracts with each organisation.
Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), message and, if checked, newsletter interest. Sent via our server (SMTP); we do not use Mailchimp on this site.
- Newsletter: first name, last name and email for periodic updates (bimonthly). Sign-ups are received in our inbox via SMTP (Gmail); we do not use Mailchimp. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Browsing: only with consent (cookie banner): aggregated analytics (GA4) and embeds (YouTube/Vimeo). Details in the cookie policy.
Support for course participants of a client organisation: hello@snackson.com or the channel indicated by their organisation.
Legal bases
Consent and/or legitimate interest to handle requests; consent for newsletter and non-essential cookies; contract with the organisation for platform users.
Rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or objection via rgpd@snackson.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
